Hzera is an audio-based tinnitus therapy tool that applies notch sound therapy techniques. The app generates filtered soundscapes designed to provide relief from tinnitus symptoms. Hzera is not a medical device, and has not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory health authority.
Hzera is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app makes no claims of curing, treating, or diagnosing tinnitus or any other medical condition. Results vary between individuals, and the app should be used as a complementary wellness tool only.
Hzera is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the app's performance, effectiveness, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that use of the app will result in any improvement of tinnitus symptoms.
You are solely responsible for your use of Hzera. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before using the app, especially if you have any underlying hearing conditions. Always use the app at a comfortable volume to avoid hearing damage. Do not use Hzera as a replacement for medical treatment.
All content within Hzera — including but not limited to the software, audio files, soundscapes, user interface design, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of Hzera and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written permission.
Hzera offers an optional one-time premium upgrade. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not process or store any payment information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hzera and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app. This includes, without limitation, any damages for loss of data, hearing damage, or failure to achieve desired therapeutic outcomes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected within the app with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Hzera after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
